		&$	elementMetadata

Renders dropdowns as multi-select except for contact/lead state. Temporary until attributes that rely on 'states' such as LeadState or ContactState can allow for multi-select search. Also exlcludes elements that extend StaticDropDownFormElement since they do not carry the same characteristics to allow the attribute to be converted into a multiSelect
